Refund Policy

At Tuned Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refunds & Replacements

We only accept refunds under the following condition the item is manufactured faulty or damaged during transit. In the event you wish to make a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

After contacting us, you will be required to return the item for inspection.

Please include a note inside the return package explaining the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Once we receive and inspect the item:

If the issue is approved, we will dispatch a replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the item.

Items that are clearly worn or used will not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons. In these cases, we can return the product to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We will only offer exchanges for items if the wrong size or colour was sent. I.e. if you purchased a size small, but a size medium was sent.

Non-Refundable Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale – refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include tracking information to ensure we receive your item.

Items in return transit are the customer’s responsibility until they are delivered to us. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage.
