This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, packed, and delivered by Tuned Performance Coaching. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak times (such as sales, product launches, or holiday seasons), processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We primarily ship using Australia Post and other trusted courier partners, depending on your location and the best available delivery method.
Shipping options may include:
Standard Shipping (tracked)
Express Shipping (tracked & faster delivery)
You will be able to select your preferred method at checkout (if available).
Shipping Times (Estimates):
Australia-Wide:
Standard: 2–8 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
New Zealand:
Standard: 5–12 business days
Express: 3–7 business days
Rest of World:
Standard: 10–20+ business days (dependent on location)
These are estimates only and do not include processing time. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is in control of the shipping provider.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
Your delivery address
Total order weight
Chosen delivery method

5. Tracking Your Order:
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 7 business days, please reach out to us at:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels:
Once your order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Tuned Performance is not liable for:
Delays in transit
Lost or stolen parcels
Incorrect delivery due to customer errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local postal service first.
In-Person Event Orders:
If you've made a purchase at a market stall or event:
Some items may be shipped later depending on stock levels or pre-order arrangements
You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking once dispatched
Orders from events still follow the same policies regarding shipping and returns
8. Pre-Orders:
If you place a pre-order, please note:
Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available (unless otherwise stated)
International Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country. Tuned Performance is not liable for these additional charges.
